Behavioral Health Plans
Some health insurance plans require pre-approval for specialty services including mental health treatment. If you have questions about your coverage you can contact your health insurance plan directly at the telephone number listed on the back of the insurance card provided to you by your insurance company. |

Many insurance plans offer you the option of receiving care from in-network or out-of-network providers. For those plans that allow this option, you pay for services and receive a statement from me that you can submit to your insurance plan for reimburse ment.
